**位在大里新仁路上有一間，環境乾淨座位寬敞的平價拉麵店，店內的拉麵和丼飯口味都很多樣，既然來拉麵店就一定要吃看看拉麵**

**這次點了豚骨雪花燒肉拉麵以及紅燒腱子肉拉麵，還有炸物點心炸蝦天婦羅，每碗的拉麵都是滿出來的配料，拉麵麵體軟硬適中又帶點彈性，麵體與湯頭達到完美的平衡，套餐都有附一杯酸甜適中的烏梅汁，不只解膩又開胃**

**🍜豚骨雪花燒肉拉麵**

**厚切的雪花燒肉，口感軟嫩滑順****、****外脆內嫩，配料海帶、溏心蛋、火鍋料，湯頭則是濃郁的豚骨湯，經過長時間的熬煮讓骨髓中的脂肪與蛋白質乳化，呈現漂亮的乳白色湯汁**

**🍜紅燒腱子肉拉麵**

**滿滿的腱子肉已經快要超過碗的一半了，肉質扎實、帶筋Q彈，沒有過多的油脂，配料海帶、溏心蛋、火鍋料，湯頭則是濃郁的鹹味雞清湯，店家特別告知腱子肉是豬肉不是牛肉，鹹味雞清湯會比一般的清湯還稍微鹹一點，是屬於正常現象**
