**鼎強肉粽主要有三種口味，加料粽、香菇粽、花生粽，為了更快速辨別口味，分別使用紅色線、綠色線、黃色線作為區分，堅持傳統手工製作，選用香Q糯米(金農長糯米)，口感Q彈扎實、粒粒分明**

**紅色線為加料粽，一粒重量為270克，內餡主要有半顆鹹蛋黃、台灣豬肉(肥瘦各半)、北港特選花生、台灣鈕扣菇、油蔥酥、栗子、蓮子、蝦米，肥豬肉入口即化、瘦肉軟嫩，鹹蛋黃綿密沙沙的口感，可以平衡肉粽的油膩感，栗子帶點天然的甜味，蓮子則是清香軟糯，讓加料粽帶出豐富的鹹甜層次感**
