台中北屯中平路上，有一家顯眼的白色招牌，外觀看起來乾淨、整潔的肉羹店

，店內不只賣肉羹，也有許多小菜、湯品，三餐皆可以在此解決。

餐廳最重要的衛生，王爺王肉羹做的非常的好，醬料區整齊擺放，醬料口、辣醬盤都蠻乾淨的，抽屜提供兒童碗方便分食，內用的筷子、湯匙、醬料盤，皆放置消毒殺菌烘碗機，讓消費者更安心使用，若是還是無法使用外面的筷子湯匙，也提供了免洗筷、湯匙、吸管

點了兩菜三湯加上飲料以及兩主食，炒麵、米糕、大陸妹、金針排骨湯、白菜滷、豬血湯、紅茶，最後最重要的「魚翅肉羹湯」，很適合兩到三人的親朋好友一起吃，多人一起分享可以吃到更多美味的食物

王爺王肉羹的主打明星商品，魚翅肉羹湯一碗滿滿的肉羹塊，目測至少有十塊，一大塊的肉羹，肉羹Q彈有嚼勁、羹湯鮮甜不膩，炒麵上面鋪上滿滿的肉燥，配上店家的甜辣醬非常的對味，白菜滷、大陸妹、涼拌小黃瓜可以與主菜炒麵或是米糕搭配十分入味跟下飯

炒麵、米糕都是乾的主食，這時候就很適合配湯或飲料，金針排骨湯-三大塊排骨、三顆蛤蜊，以及滿出來的金針，綜合豬血湯-有豬血、大腸、小腸等，豐富的配料，最後再喝一杯甜而不膩的古早味紅茶，在物價高漲的日子，店家給料十分誠意，卻用親民的價格，征服店內的饕客

一到中午用餐時間，外面開始排滿人潮，內用區也開始熱鬧起來，甚至找不到位置入座，變成需要等待座位或是與人併桌，點餐後可以自行找位置等待叫號

吃完後採自助回收，可放置外面的鐵桌，店員會在外面統一協助清理
